You should have the experience of communicating with very senior people (both written and verbal) and therefore have excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment for middle/senior grades in India market for various Industries such as Paints, Coatings, Speciality Chemicals, Adhesives & Textile Chemicals, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Consumer Durables, Packaging & Labelling, Medical Devices, Pharma & Healthcare, Global Shared Services. Sourcing of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates. With use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the screened candidates to the clients. Develop understanding on the client and the mandate, based on discussions with the Practice head. Responsible for sourcing, head hunting, industry research, mapping relevant talent for client roles. Involve in candidate assessment, screening and profiling the relevant profiles for the respective roles. Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain healthy pipeline. To track industry developments including information on client, target companies, comprehensive market maps and potential candidate profiles. Why KNR?
